Since I don't want much distraction while I work, generally I keep my music volume turned down until it just makes a background noise that blocks out all the problematic little sounds that ruin my attention span. But now that my work is done for now, I finally got the opportunity to turn up the volume and listen carefully to what I've been playing all this time.
I must say, I'm quite amazed ^_^. So many of the "background filler" Japanese songs are actually very artistic, with beautiful layering and excellent composition. Stuff I didn't really like that much before I'm now realizing is excellently done! My goodness ^_^.
...and, of course, I make this post about Japanese music just as the random-track turns to a Norwegian/American band that sings in English... Eh, but Zeromancer's cool, too. *grins*
Oh, ara, I need to depart... I have a book to drop off... *so much for doing that unnecessary extra credit project to impress my INR teacher (sweatdrop) I'm too laaaazyyyy...*
